Swimming in the ocean or fresh water creeks and river's ?

I do not prefer one over the other I just love swimming and each of these in equally different ways.

I don't swim very well so I prefer fresh water creeks and river with a floater around my waist.

to be honest i dont like being in open water where sharks, jellyfish, water currents can get you.
I like a back yard swimming pools or a small river

As long as the water is clean, there is no danger (animals, tide, current, etc), I can swim anywhere. The one thing I hate is not seeing the bottom.

creeks and rivers.. tho around here youd better watch out for the snakes.
