As long as it gets rid of chlorine and chloramines, sure. Let me double-check to make sure.

"Instantly detoxifies chlorine, chloramine, ammonia, and heavy metals in betta bowl or tap water, making it safe for your betta. Adds electrolytes and aids in healing with the power of aloe vera."

Yep, sounds like a cross between API's Tap Water Conditioner and StressCoat. You should be good to go with it.

The Betta (or Siamese Fighting Fish) is a tropical fish. It's in the same classification as Gourami. So generally any water treatment safe for Bettas will be safe for any other tropical fish and vice versus.

Be careful if you have tetras though... Tetras are particularly sensitive to sodium, among other things, despite being a tropical fish.

Sure as long as you put the amount per gallon on the bottle. There really aren't many big differences in caring for a betta than for other tropical fish. The key points are making sure he can reach the surface for air, and insuring he gets enough meaty foods in his diet. Water chemistry, temp, and the rest are pretty much the same.

Yes. Betta treatments are usually packaged in smaller containers for convenience and marketability. If you look at whats in the bottle, there is no difference between that and other conditioners
