Unfortunately, you have to watch carbs. BUT it's also the quality of the carbs. A serving of carrots is not the same as a serving of chips.

Exercise is ESSENTIAL. Even when you don't feel like it. A daily 30 minute walk does wonders.

WICH TOTALLY SUCKS lol but it works too

lean pockets are amazing tho
there is a lot of food you can really


and if you NEED something that you know is bad for you they more then likley make it in a version thats NOT so bad for you lol like icecream, or pop, or mmm pasta even!
