Park your car where there is almost complete darkness. Open the hood and look for little sparks around your engine. If you see any replace the wires or what ever part is sparking. The coil packs will sometimes do this too.
If you don't see any sparks pull one spark plug wire off at a time. pull one off and start your car. If the engine doesn't run rougher replace the wire and remove another one,and repeat the same thing. When you pull a wire off and start the car and it runs the same as it did when all the wire were on it then you've found the cylinder that is not firing. Replace that wire or the spark plug.if that doesn't fix it then the coil pack that that sparkplug wire goes to needs to be replaced

If all your basic ignition components are good and compression is good, no vacuum leaks, check the injectors. Ohm the injectors individually they should be between 11.8 - 12.6 ohms . If you measure them in banks they should measure 3.9 - 4.2 ohms. Each set of injectors are what is called gang fired. 3 injectors pre bank so you measure the known resistance of a given injector say 11.8 Ohms divided by 3 gives you the bank measures resistance.
If you injectors are not with in those specifications then there is your problem. If they are Mulitec injectors which I am pretty sure they are, there defective. New injectors from the dealer are expensive,
Your best bet alternative is get them from Lindertech.

do what whtsthis1 said and if that dont work its probaly the crank sensor. unless you have air tools and some specailty tools i wouldn't recomend replaceing that part yourself. the crank sensor is what tells the coil packs to fire and when. most of the time oil leaks from the front seal of the oil pan down on it and causes the readings to be a little retarted in time with the rest off the engine.

check your wires ( spark plug ) , also check and see if you have a fouled plug. it will be wet and if you should find one replace it at once.
