Just search for some layouts, pick one that you like, and paste the code in the 'about me' section of your profile.

search for layouts, you can easily find them when you search on yahoo or google. just type in myspace layouts and a lot of websites will appear. pick out the layout you want from one of the websites and copy the code and paste to "about me'' seccion.

Don't worry your not the only one! I just don't understand why everyone is so hooked on myspace! I've tried to use it and it just doesn't make sense to me! I don't understand whats so cool about it! Maybe if someone showed me how to use it or make it cool I would understand lol!

Personally I just use it to keep in touch with friends, and maybe find old friends.. wherever they may be. To fix up your profile, this site is probably one of the easiest ones to use. Hope this helps, good luck.
