Would anybody please tell me that how can i make program of watch through for loop which runs just for one minute? make this program in c, c++ or java.

You'll most likely find that nobody can give you an answer for every different language. So next time you ask, please specify a language.

the answer to that depends on the programming language of your choice... but having said that, I am not sure you will be able to ensure that 1 minute thing down to exact millisecond accuracy all the time. A lot of time the other overheads on that program ensure that the watch timer runs a bit slower

You need one more "Additional Detail."
Which operating system? DOS, Windows, Linux, and Mac timer functions and libraries are completely different.
