My English is not that good (good 'ole American Education). I want to improve my English and use this game for my kids. I think this is an EXCELLENT game to learn from. So, I am looking for a Computer Scrabble game that uses the LARGEST dictionary. I really don't care if it has great graphics or not (of course a plus) but what I care about is an up to date dictionary. It would be great (again just a plus) if it had the ability to show definition (not required I can use dictionary). I just want to be able to update the dictionary either manually or automatically. With some unabriged dictionary. I mean I want a REALLY good learning Scrabble game. It must be able to play 2 person and against the computer (different levels).
Thanks for your help in finding the best one. Thanks!

Oh well I was in the same situation as you are probably!

I found Scrabulous (http://www.scrabulous.com) and it is the BEST place for Scrabble online. You cannot play against the computer there, but they sure have STRONG players trust me! Two player Scrabble games are available online at Scrabulous.

And they give you the choice of two dictionaries SOWPODS and TWL. SOWPODS is the larger one and will teach you many new words. You can also look up for words in their online Scrabble dictionary at http://www.scrabulous.com/scrabble_dictionary.php

The admins there recently announced that playing against bots will be introduced as well. And you can even observe games, so that can be a learning experience for you :)

All in all, my sole recommendation for free Scrabble online is Scrabulous.com
