Although the R.A.M. is suppose to clear some files can stick. restarting your computer will definitely clear out stuck files. If that doesn't work there is a very good chance that you have unwittingly downloaded software that has malicious intent. One sure fire way of getting rid of that is to reformat your hard drive. Then you shouldn't go back to that site

Hold down the alt key and at the same time hold down the F4 key until it all goes away.

your IE might have crashed watch out for a spyware or virus.... check the task manager for any suspicious process try killing them and close it
