Um...bisexuals are attracted to members of both genders, hence the "bi" bit, while gays are only attracted to members of their own gender.

The definitions and differences of Bi and Homo are as under:

Homosexuality refers to sexual and romantic attraction between two individuals of the same sex. Since the word was coined in 1869 by Karl-Maria Kertbeny, it has influenced the development of the modern concept of sexual orientation, gaining associations with romantic love and identity in addition to its original, exclusively sexual meaning.
Homosexuality is usually contrasted with heterosexuality and bisexuality. The term gay is used predominantly to refer to homosexual males. Lesbian is a gender-specific term that is only used for homosexual females. The adjective homosexual is also used for same-sex sexual relations between persons of the same sex who are not gay or lesbian.

Bisexuality is the sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, or sexual desire for individuals of either gender or of either sex. For some writers, the term is parallel to homosexuality and heterosexuality, while for others the term expresses a blend of the two.
