I'm playing Guild wars factions when I press the space-bar I begin to follow the person that I'm selected on I want to know if there's a way to select someone without physically having to click on them preferably I would like to type in their name or paste in their name and press the space-bar two follow them for example as if I was going to trade with them any ideas would be helpful thank you

im not sure... i usually just type in their name in the party window to add them to group, and then once their name is selected in the party sidebar (even if they havent accepted yet) you can click the name and it will show you where they're at on your compass or you can double click their name to follow them, or get them in your group and locate them thats what i always do lol

the \ key will target the closest person, be it a ally, foe, NPC, or human player. it is common if you want to trade with someone in a large city (think kaineng or HzH) to type their name in the party window, and once they are in your party, click their name and trade. other than that, cant help you. hope it helps.
