Regardless of your ethnicity, just use common sense. Dress conservatively and professionally. You are essentially trying to persuade these people that you are their woman. Be pleasant and smile. Always look the HR person in the eye, and give a firm handshake. Good luck!

doesn't matter your black, at least you got your foot in the door.
Make sure you do some research on the company for some background. Know the answer to the question if they ask about your future in 10 years. Check your posture, attitude, etiquette. Confidence, confidence, confidence. Follow up with a thank you letter couple of days after interview.
