Well you are probably sleep on a cheap-o mattress. Have your parents invest in a nice mattress for you and you should start feeling better. Feeling dizzy could be from all the chemicals in conventional bedding. Have your parents 'go organic' when buying your new bedding!

You are probably starting school at around 7am and you're probably awake at 6am so you're only getting 7 hours of sleep and this dizziness is probably just exhaustion...you would be AMAZED at what a few days of getting 10 hours of sleep would do for your body. Your body may also be going through a growth spurt which is going to tire you out, sleeping is the best way to gain enery, a good breakfast in the morning is another way to help you make it through the day. Also try bringing a small healthy snack to eat between classes to boost your blood suger when you are tired. Good luck!

If you go to bed at 11:00 and have to be up to be in school when most schools start there is no way you are getting enough sleep for what people your age need (regardless of whether or not your friends don't get the right sleep either).

If you hate it enough you'll go to bed earlier at least a few nights a week.

Try going to bed at 8.30-pm/no later then 9.00 pm.(without any games , TV or music) for a couple of weeks. Make sure you are getting exercise everyday. on your bike, running , skateboarding or whatever you can. Make certain you are drinking water every day and no sweets after supper. Do all this for 2 weeks or more. If you do not feel much more rested try to see a doctor. You should not feel like this -it is not normal.

try going to bed a bit earlier and that will be fine because at 11 is quite late unless you drink coffee to keep you awake all night...good luck
