based upon a constant circular motion using the pressure built from the the alchohol boiling at a much lower temp than the water creating steam which in turn will create an anti gravial force, which disrupts the magnetal force and agitate the polaririty, and therefor create the low heat require to boil the alcohol, and still leave the water as a constant?

It goes like this:
1.) Take some words out of a text book and a take meaningful English sentence.
2.) Replace some word from the sentence with the words chosen from the text book.
3.) Make sure you have done 1.) and 2.) completely at random.
4.) And voila! You get a hamburger :).
