Of course natural is far better than silicone. However, when natural is hardly visible an enhancement is needed to make it perfect.

I am a legs sort of man. In our town, which we have moved away from and come back to twice, the teenage girls and their mothers want to look the same. Golddigging peroxide-blonde tramps with silicone breast implants and pierced navels. They think that silver mesh lame shirts and tight, low-rider jeans without underwear and five-inch stilettos around town are sexy.
I hate fake nails, fake weaves, heavy makeup, high heels, fake boobs and fake eyelashes. My wife is a beautiful girl. Tall, lithe, delicate and thin with a nice tan. Smooth, soft skin with few pores and deep blue eyes. Her ancestry is Cree, Ukrainian, German and French and though she is Metis, she is only one/fourth Native. Gets dark in the summer. Has to follow a low carb diet to avoid the Indian belly. Stays away from wine and hard liquor too, only beer, Kahlua and cider.
She keeps it up with a little self-tanning milk and it looks wonderful. She sometimes runs a golden brown or mahogany semipermanent through her hair to highlight and it is shoulder length. She hardly wears any makeup, some red lipstick, concealer, mascara and clear nailpolish.
She sometimes wears pumps, but at 5"8, she doesn't need heels. She used to audition for modelling competitions and was registered with an agency. I think her drug addiction and head injury got in the way of success. She also hates travelling, nothing I can do about it. She does like posing for pictures.

So what is your poll for? Are ya researching women's personal info for a reason? If I must, mine are real... Nothing fake here. But someone having cancer could benefit greatly with the option of saline or silicone implants.
