Best done in the shower with lots of warm/hot water. Like shaving face get your balls wet and soaped up, rinse and apply shaving foam. Use disposal razors and more than one. Use short strokes and take time to do complete job. Rinse well and dry use lotion to aid in the itching. It will itch as grows back but you get use to it.

lift and get the skin tight and go slow
during a hot bath or shower
be careful and if you do cut your self it heals really quickly
