try paying attention to someone else...pass it on. use all this struggling and hard work at making urself the center of attention and focus it on a friend or family member...or throw it into a project or hobby that u can be proud of and get the attention u deserve! not beg for!

While it's good that you recognize that shortcoming, a part (a cynical part) of me believes that you asked the question you did for one reason only.... to get attention.
That said, the best way to get over that and improve yourself is to do something kind for someone else. Volunteer. Go and serve food at the local homeless shelter. Go and tutor disadvantaged grade school kids. Go to a senior citizen's center and help lift the spirits of the elderly. I promise you, you will get attention all right - but attention that will actually make you feel good! Now, get to bed!.

First of all, wow! You admitted that you like to get a lot of attention. Even if you admitted it over the internet, that is good. in time you'll stop being a hog, but for now just try and see other people's view.
oh and go to bed. it's 2am.

well I think that's probably normal for your age, but the fact that you know it and want to change it starts you in the right direction. Just remember to really listen, and pay attention to people when they are talking to you. and that should set you free.

interest begits expectations, and expectation begits dissapointment.
hence have no interest and you shall recieve no dissapointment.
in other words, learn how to observe and dont act up. listen and dont speak, smile and walk away rather then laugh and point.
