I believe we are not being told the truth. I think our goverment has proof of the exsistence of aliens.

There is indeed a secret cabal. And government policy is dictated by the very, very rich who can pay for American politics.
That said, you have to always "follow the money". Who would have a financial interest in concealilng the presence of aliens? (I assume you mean beings from another planet, from outer space.)

I am skeptical of the nature of aliens, but ive read some about...the "blues" and the "greys" just type in search engine
Also look up declassified documents by government. I had found one, from like the sixties that mentioned all kinds of things that had been covered up, including mind manipulation.
I do think there are different levels of secret government, or atleast those elites who control the government. Follow the money. Look this up............."The all seeing eye." Its on our dollar bills, in the pyramid. Why are we not taught about this in school. Because, what we learn about is controlled...and anything else is considered conspiracy ********. We are taught to put our trust in authority, and believe everything they say. (We put our trust in Doctors as an authority, but there is alot of malpractice going on.) This type of mental instability is common among conspiracy nuts. While you might see a mental health profession for an evaluation, perhaps an even better choice is to visit any and all government offices you can and simply observe. After doing this for a few yours you will realize that the government is utterly incapable of covering up anything.

Actually Cheney is the President and Bush is just a frontman. Since the last **** got impeached they are afraid to announce that a **** is the President, so, by George..they got a Bush. Have you ever noticed that when the Bush starts burning the **** appears. :)
