how am i suppose to get rid of these silverfish that are crawling all around the floor at night without actually calling the termite company? any products?

Yes, go to the pet section at Wal Mart (I know, don't say it) and buy PreTect. That stuff is amazing, lasts for 210 days, kills ants, fleas, spiders, silverfish and millipedes, among other things. It is supposedly harmless to you or your pet after it dries. BTW, silverfish come up through your drains.....

they like moisture. they eat cellulose. You might be able to poison them with borax. It is sold in big boxes beside your laundry detergent in the grocery stores. sprinkle it under sinks and near baseboards, a little goes a long way. Keep it out of places where children and other pets can get into it.

Go to Home Depot, or any home improvement store....They stock a product guaranteed to work every time!

Only a few cents, too!

Use Mothballs, buy them from Wal-Mart or Lowe's.
