do they have grant for someone who has become a legal reisdent of nigeria to start up a business?

i want to know if i become a legal resident of nigeria, will there be grants, to help me start up a business. if so how do i get them.
what are the requirements to get. where would i have to go to do this in nigeria. i am an american looking to relocate.

If you become a legal resident of nigeria then you would have a better chance of getting a grant in the U.S.
