you need to e-mail to chat. I work with a highly financial company that is expanding, we are located world wide and our work force is going to be earning over 1 billion dollars in the next 36 months. The question is how much of that do you want to make?

Yeah, what she said. Ebay. Go around to garage sales and thrift shops, find stuff and sell it on eBay. It really helps if you can see an item, and before you buy it, check to see how much similar items sell for (completed items) on eBay. If you can buy it for less, you can make money.
It's not hard to sell stuff, it just takes a bit of time. You have to be smart enough to buy the items for a low-enough price to justify the time it takes to list and sell 'em.

Think of your own project, like building something yourself with your architect skills. Then you aren't tied down out of obligation. You already work many hours.

What do you want to do? Does the amount of income matter? Have you considered tutoring students? teaching at a high school? writing? The possibilities are endless.
Best wishes.
