That's impossible because I can't hear your singing voice, or what style you would be best at, or if you can sing or hold a note. There are all kinds of styles of singing, and nuances like vibrato, and just the way your voice sounds. If you sing along to certain songs, then you might have the singing voice for it. I have a really strange voice, I can't figure out what my style would be. I've song Beatles tunes, but I think my voice is too low for that.

Honeydear, ....if you want to win a singing contest, you don't ask around Yahoo answers to give you the ANSWERS...

You should be practising down at your school hall and and get some vocal lessons in perfecting your vocal cords for songs you're gonna sing!

I would recommend songs that you know the lyrics well and that fit your range. "The Star-Spangled Banner"is very well-known (In the US, of course), but can be too high and make you look foolish.

I was able to sing two songs in karaoke that I knew rather well, "Red, Red Wine" (pretty easy) and "Bizarre Love Triangle" (a little more difficult unless you know the song). Songs such as "Borderline" by Madonna are good, pretty easy. "Crazy" by Britney Spears is rather easy if you've heard it enough. "I'm Gonna Keep on Loving You" by REO Speedwagon or The Donnas is rather easy. As you can see, I listen more to the '80s.
