You can if you have determination. Though the best age to start is 7 or 8 but if you totally focus on playing tennis everyday and you're sure you don't wanna become anything in life except a tennis star then no one can stop you. But don't just stop paying attention to your studies and all. Have a proper schedule and give enough time to your tennis and studies as well as your entertainment. Remember you also have to be educated while playing tennis.

Do you consider yourself awesome b/c you think you are or have you played a number of matches and are winning all of them?

First you should enter a number of USTA tournaments to get ranked. If you end up getting a high ranking, you should consider visiting a tennis academy that specializes in turning young potential tennis players into professionals.
