Think of the 1980's look - shoulder pads, heavy makeup (rouge & lipstick), fishnet stockings, black pumps, teased or permed (big) hair, big plastic jewelry. Oh and of course, chomping on gum.

You should look for 1920's and 1930's fashion. If you're a gangsters moll you want to look rich. Hair was usually a bob style, either curly or straight. Tight fitting knee length dresses, maybe a faux fur coat. Lots of diamonds. Red lips and nails. High heel shoes. You should also get a cigarette holder as an accessory.
You could go as a dancer, like they had in the speakeasys.

Black pinstripe suit with a black shirt and red tie. Black leather boots. Makeup to suit nighttime depending on your complexion and eyecolor. If possible, smoke the shadows and eyeliner. Hairdo: neat, sleek bun.
