Maybe think about what the project is about. Then imagine that you are telling your best friend about what the project involves so that the friend is better able to understand what it going on later when you get past the introduction. Write down what you would tell the friend. That should get you started at least.

you can read pages of introduction of the project reports prepared by senior students in your institute. you can gate this from your library.
