The symptoms of pregnancy is different for everyone. One may have morning sickness while the other may not. One may spend the whole nine months in the bathroom, while the other, can go out and have a grand time. One may have cravings while the other simply has none. Point being, All women are different and because of that their bodies react differently to pregnancy. Even between My first and My second pregnancy, My body reacted differently. Each pregnancy is different as well. Ya gotta think about it. That's a human life living inside of the body. Each human is different. Because of that, it will cause different things to happen to the body. Its just nature.

Yes, not all people experience the same symptoms in pregnancy. My breast are barely sore now and they are growing. I'm 11 weeks along and I'm still waiting for them to get really sore. I guess they hurt if something bumps against them, but nothing like the pain I get everytime my period starts.

The reason most women get Breast Tenderness during pregnancy is because their mammary glands begin producing milk and the storage builds up which expands the breast tissues resulting in tenderness. Some women feel the same tenderness around their abdomen during their second and third trimesters.
Also, your natural body structure and size will effect if you have these syptoms. If you have a larger body structure or size, you will have extra skin in the more fatty areas of your body. Resulting in less stretching of your skin.

Yes, the symptoms of pregnancy differ from woman to woman. The only way to determine pregnancy is a pregnancy test.
