I was watching An episode of "House" The one with the Autistic Kid and the kid's eye only one roled back into his head. How did they do it?

The kid was pretty young. I don't think he could do it although he was playing a pretty convincing autistic.

Sometimes they get people that actually have an affliction to portray the person? Other times they have actors actually study an illness, handicap or affliction & simply are very well at portraying that?

The same way they make Harry Potter fly on his broom... computers and some really good artists.
