its not an easy job
i dont think it can be done on a home computer.
You will either have to use white paper and a lot of black ink,
or take it to a professional printing press in which they CAN use a thick white ink "spot color" on a 5 or 6 cylinder CMYK press (very expensive, time consuming, somewhat hard to find)
professional digital presses can do it to but theyll do themethod of printing a lot of black on white paper
so pretty much youre going to have to bite the bullet and buy a lot of black ink cartridges or go to a professional

When normally speaking, black is the absence of color and white is the combination of all colors. But, when you are talking from a printers point of view, white is the absence of color and black is the combination of all colors.
Therefore, when a printer prints black, it is using every ink cartridge it has at 100%. If a printer were to use every cartridge it has at 0%, the result would not be white ink. Nothing would come out on the paper. So, a printer can not print in white. What you need to do is get white paper and print a whole lot of black on it. The printer won't put any ink in the areas that you have white text. If that is too much black ink for you (from what it sounds, it will add up fast), look up online business card printing services. They have very reasonable prices and normally give you a batch of free cards that are professional quality to try out.

You should have a card like that printed professionally because you'll go through ink like crazy on a home printer, and for the price of an ink cartridge you'll have something really nice to hand out.
In any case, here's how to do it yourself...
1. In your word processor program find a business card template designed to match the perforated business card paper you're going to use.
2. Add a black background to the template, slightly larger than the card paper's cutout area to allow some leeway in the paper alignment.
3. Set your text color to white and lay out your business cards as usual. (You may have to change the colors while you work so you can see what you're doing.)
4. Print at the highest quality your printer can handle so the edges of the letters will look their best.

I think you can achieve a better print out, provided the fonts are larger or thicker than the average,....or maybe you could try some hot stamping instead of printing, cuz the later defenitely makes the font poped out from the black paper.

you use a very heavy(thick) white ink, or silver ink, and it should work fine.
