WOW!!! All "I hate Paris" voters so far except for one little rationalizer who undoubtedly is the one who "thumbs down" my question while buying into the medical crapola that Paris' PR-FLACK department put out.
Like, Paris is a booze funnel and even into inhaling strange white powders--as is common knowledge in her circle.
Have you heard about the on-going "dirty trick" other rich-b!tches play on her at parties? --THey walk up behind her and "spill" their wine on her dress, apologize and offer to pay for the cleaning bill. It has gotten so common that Paris' dates now serve as her rearguard during parties to try to ward off the wine-splashers.

Unless laws have changed recently, how many people have you ever heard of who spent 6 months in jail for a DUI or were even sentenced to such? Not many. If she is sentenced to that, then there's more going on than meets the eye that wasn't mentioned. Simply for the fact alone that she's a celebrity, she won't get any jail time.
She won't even have to spend a single night in jail becasue mommy and daddy will pay her bail. Most, if not all, celebs who break the law don't pay for their crimes at all. The most punishment they ever receive is a slap on the wrist and community service. And then people wonder why the current justice system is so corrupted?

Mel Gibson didn't go to jail, what makes you think she will? She'll get probation, community service and have her license revoked for a year, but given a conditional license to drive only where she has a legitimate business reason to go there. There are tons of Hilton Hotels, so she is good.
Maybe you should volunteer to have her locked up in your room with you for 30 days. Save her dignity in jail.

i believe paris was NOT drunk, in my phsycology class we learn that skinner people on empty stomachs having just a sip of alocohol can make their alcohol blood pressure high because of the fact they are skinny and they are on an empty stomach, it'd be different if paris was 254 pds. and was on a full stomach when she sipped that little alcohol-but since she was on an empty stomach and she is real skinny- it worked against her.
