What is the name of an 80's horror stepfather movie that is not entitled ":The Stepfather"?

I want to know the name of a movie I saw int the late 80's on HBO anout an evil stepfather. I am pretty sure that ther is an electrocution death with a breaker box.

I found "Scream for Help" made in 1984. Don't know if it had a death in it though. You can look for movies on imdb.com. For this one I just did a search on movies that had the subject to do with stepfather and this one was in the horror genre.
