timing is everything...with a person it will be meaning full to and can shed some insight, a motive is necessary, and leave some privacy for yourself, you deserve the peace and owe no one an explanation for your life, you may choose what you wish and don not wish to share, your life is no "tell all"; respect yourself

Bare all that you carry within, out into the universe for it see and get inspired with.

Open up, bare all the hurt and the pain you have been through in life, you may want your story line to stay thinking it is private, but really our stories are stories of the universe itself.

Aren't we all just the same underneath all our facades? We all are looking for validation for who we are and affirmations for what we can become.

We have been all collectively been through what you have been through personally, so the moment you connect with the core of your being, and what you bring out in that one moment, the audience immediately connects with it as intrinsically all one and the same, we have similar fears, angers and hates, and we are all here longing for love and affection that we so miss in life.

Be willing and competent to tell it the way it is. Are you able to tell people about yourself that you think is untrue but allow it to be okay that you are so you won't act on it.

eg. A liar, a prejudice person, a manipulator, a sneak, a nosey person etc
