Recently I got a forwarded mail describing how an Indian settled in US and some of her colleagues developed cancers after prolonged use of Tofu. I am not sure how authentic this information is and hence advice you to consult your gynec before you take soya. All the best for a safe delivery of a healthy baby.

Soya is good for you. Infact everything is good for you if taken in moderate quantity except alchohols, tobacco, caffine and tiffiene. Nature has gifted a pregnant lady with an instinct of vomiting anything which would not suit her and the child.

hay Milk is good for mom & also for children.
Milk & Milk make Products are very good in this stage.
but u have to take advice ur doctor . because he test u & tell u the correct thinks what u have to eat.

yess you canbut beware of fake and adultrated soya milk, coz these days they are mixing chemicals in soya milk

well i used to drink soya milk at time of my pregency, well i was having no problems at all.
but if you are pron to some allergy i think too much protin will harm you as it boots allergy.
