Recently I got a forwarded mail describing how an Indian settled in US and some of her colleagues developed cancers after prolonged use of Tofu. I am not sure how authentic this information is and hence advice you to consult your gynec before you take soya. All the best for a safe delivery of a healthy baby.

Soya is good for you. Infact everything is good for you if taken in moderate quantity except alchohols, tobacco, caffine and tiffiene. Nature has gifted a pregnant lady with an instinct of vomiting anything which would not suit her and the child.
