There's only two doors - one goes to the bathroom, and the other has a sign on it that says "Do Not Disturb."

Just Remove the sign which says Do Not Disturb, and open the Door behind that and go out, You have the sign inside the Room and doesn't refer to you, OK

The door that has a sign that says "Do Not Disturb" is the door you should be able to exit. It's a sign for the guests that they can put on the outside of the door knob to notify others (i.e. housekeeping, etc.) to not disturb the room and/or occupants.

Sounds like boredom has kicked in. Do this, Turn that sign to the other side, Follow direction on that one, I'm sure it says Service needed, and if your alone and need service, Well You can handle it from there. lol
