Is there a site that allows you to download a version of Carmen Sandiego!!!.... OR even OREGON TRAIL!!!.... any games from grammar school for that matter... Mavis Beacon!!.... please help me but..... excuse the relapse to childhood lol!!!!

Yeah I actually have all the Carmen Sandiego games on my PC and Oregon Trail. Check out this link : http://www.abandonwarering.com/?Page=Listing
You can find literally thousands of classic and oldie games from these links. All free.
You also need to download a Dosbox in order to play them. Here's the link to the download for that. Just pick a mirror. It dowsn't matter which one you pick, but I usually stick to the North America ones.
