Yes, kind of. It's kind of like steroids, but newer, more expensive, and harder to come by. It's called human growth hormone. Your body produces it naturally, but injecting extra amounts will help your body regenerate more easily and build muscle faster. It's the kind of stuff Barry Bonds used.
It's illegal if it's not used under a doctor's care.

yes true. but it wont develope whole body. sometimes it may increase breasts sometimes hios etc.not necessary that whole body will be developed
