Video tape them at their worse behavior and ... often. Show them the video tape when they are sober! They will see the way that drinking changes their personality . Also make sure you get the people's reactions to that change.

Drink and Walk not Drive....better yet take a Taxi....you can be arrested for drunkenness in public!

You tell them that if their drinking only affects them, then no problem. But if it affects others, then he/she has a problem and should start thinking about others and not just himself/herself.

Tell them its bad for them, i know they wont listen. But tell them you are hurting theirself and breaking your heart by doing so.
