Anarchy literally means "without a king." It is the human version of entrophy where the orderered syetem of government gives way to a chaos in whihc each person is the sole moral and legal arbiter of his/her life.
As I said while answerign another question; in anarchy, sex would be international relations, rape would be the liberation of another nation's resources, and murder would be war.
In anarchy, there is no right or wrong, only force and cunning to protect you.

my eldest daughter got mixed up in that mess when she was 14 till 17. i got her away from it, as in moving to another county 100 miles away. they have no law, there own person. its sick the way they think.
