Well.......Yes, I think I could. Long legs and a strong back will help, but you have to be confident in your ability and trust that I wont let you fall. The hardest part of doing a back flip is overcoming the fear of falling backwards onto your head.

Do it on a trampoline.. Look back the whole way through the flip!! Your body will follow your head..
