I watched a game and they were booing him but they cheered for Tebow (that freshman QB)
why??? Chris Leak is good. He is a legitimate hiesman candidate and he has set records at florida
what do they have against him???
I wish he would have went somewhere where he'd be more appreciated

Good question. Leak has had 3 different offensive coordinators and 2 head coaches during his career. He throws a nice ball and seems to be a class act. I have never heard him say anything negative about anyone. He is a good quarterback. I would like to have sen seem under Spurrier's tutelage.

After the incident you're talking about--he was actually cheered on when they did the same thing later and Leak came back on.
I think the fans expect a lot out of their QBs, and Tebow is supposed to be the second coming.
Tebow doesn't have half the talent Leak does. Did you see the pass Tebow attempted down by the goal line. It was pathetic.
I think the coach, puts Tebow in there to get experience and because he doesn't want Leak to get injured trying to run the ball.
And I think Leak is a very legitimate Heisman Candidate.

Chris Leak and his father had a real attitude with the University of Tennessee back when he was being recruited because they wouldn't let his brother be the starter, even though C.J. pretty much sucked. The Gator fans are pretty fickle too. Tebow is the latest and greatest thing, but I am not sure the guy is capable of doing anything besides running for 3 or 4 yards.

There is only one good answer here. After living in Florida for 10 years I have come to the conclusion that all the rednecks in this state know more about NASCAR than team sports. Try and find someone who knows baseball! Anyway Leak is good and will probably make $$$ in the NFL.

the ones who are talking are not football experts. leak is a good player whos strength are throwing the ball. fans want leak to be like tebow but that is not his game

I got to watch Chris Leak in high school. His senior year (my freshman) I got to see his team beat ours 70-6.
Man that was fun.
I still like him though.
