no. Some women go though symptoms similar to pregnancy but have other issues going on. Amenorrhea is what doctors call it when you miss your period (and it's quite common). Pregancy is certainly a cause, but the term "amenorrhea" (or "secondary amenorrhea") is usually a diagnosis given when you lose your period for reasons other than pregnancy or menopause. I've known 3 women with amenorrhea. Sudden obesity or a dramatic increase in stress are the most common causes.. There are dozens of causes for amenorrhea. Stress (the most common) causes amenorrhea and it also causes wierd cravings.

I agree the best is to check with your doctor. In the mean time try a home pregnancy test and see how that turns out. If that is negetive that doesn't necessarily mean your not pregnant. (Depending on how long ago your last period was) Food cravings usually don't start for most women until later in pregnancy.

Its a possibility. But when I miss my period its usually because of stress, so that might be a reason. And the food craving issue, I get that too sometimes a few days before I start my period.

Actually, it's really hard to tell. The best thing to do is either buy a pregnancy test or go to the docters and have them check. The more you put it off you won't know. Butt, those are usually the starting signs. That and if you begin to cramp and get morning sickness..etc..

if you think you are pregnant. buy a pregnancy test . you will know for sure. they are easy to use
