The best high flying move is the 630 Splash... If you dont know how this goes, I recommend you watch the match that I have provided... It is done by Jack Evans and the end of this match and it's in Japan.

There are just so many... But since all the top rope moves really can't be that different as far as how much they would actually hurt so I gotta go with the move that looks the coolest. And if that is the case I gotta say it is a tie between the 630 Senton (Yea it's called a senton not a splash moron) and the Spiral Tap (Somersault Corkscrew Legdrop).

Depends who does it. Today Paul London does an amazing 450 splash but WWE won't let him do it. Randy Savages elbow drop was awesome just for the impact he put into it.
LODs Doomsday Device was very cool as well

Heather is thinking of the Shooting Star Press.. that was an awesome off the top rope move.. thats the one I was gonna choose too.. but now that she has taking it .. I'll go with the Arabain face buster with a steal chair or the triple jump moonassult by SABU or RVD's VANTERMINATOR... where he pops him up in the cornor with a steal chair on his face and flys acroos the whole ring with a dropkick to the chair.

it's not a finisher but i think that shawn michaels elbow drop from the top rope is the best.but my second pick would have to the frog splash.
