Evidently, you are too sensitive about this to ask your doctor. Go on a medical site and type this question in the proper channel. Your answer should be semnt by email.

When I was in school, I learned that pubic lice (crabs) cause that. If it's not from shaving, try looking that up. I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything. Stuff happens. But that's just what I learned.

probably an allergic reaction to the button and/or zipper on your pants. you may have a metal allergy, you will need something between the metal and your skin to make it go away. cortisone cream is helpful to reduce redness.

Are you shaving that place? If you are, keep shaving it, and the bumps will go away, if you keep shaving on a regular basis.

if your a swimmer, do you shave your body so you can swim faster? if so, you probably have razor burn.
if this is not a possibility, then you should go to your doctor.
