when you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area..this also gets rid of the ads

check to see if your pop up blocker is on, or you need to re install direct x. Usually thats what happens. After the threee minutes do you click the button that says if doesnt load in 3 minutes? It will probably tell you to check and see if your browser is set to except it.

if you are in the lobby go to options and select small windows. and make sure your pop up blocker is off. if not hold control key down while you try to go into the room you want to play in.
