How can you compare, one lives in the sea( salt water) the other in a river( fresh water), if you are asking which one has the stronger bite then it's the Nile crocodile, they recently had a program on National Geography about animals and there bite strengths.!!!

The crocodile has the most powerful bite ( scientific tests ).
The crocodile has an edge on the shark,in that it can attack while stationary or afloat.
The shark has to be in constant motion ( to enable breathing ).
Crocodile - can attack/snap in any direction,

i think of the croc, as quickly as you get a shark on his back, it is going to pass-out. the floor of a crocodile is like an armor, the only vulnerable-spot is on his abdomen. plus the crocodile has the convenience of being waiting to flow on land.

oh, that is a good question, I'm rooting for the croc. I think its because crocs don't have to stop, unlike sharks because if sharks do stop, they drown.
