How long have you had it? If you haven't had it long maybe you can take it back to the store, Or maybe you can write the company and tell them what happened.. usually if its within a certain time period the store will take it back if its something you haven't done to it yourself and since its a very extensive purse then I'm sure you didn't do anything to it so i would try to take it back =) hope that helped

Dooney @ Bourke? I'm not aware of that brand. Dooney & Bourke purses are probably covered by a warranty against manufacturers defects if you bought it from a real store (not ebay). If it is a manufacturers defect and you are within the warranty period, you'll probably get it repaired or replaced. If its out of warranty or its a problem caused by you or an accident, you're probably out of luck.

Real Dooney & Bourke pures come with a registration/ warranty form inside of the purse. Did you mail it out? I am not sure if they replace them . You can go back to the store you purchased it from and see what they think.

My mom had a Duney and Burke purse for like 5 yrs, and the place she got it from took it back and gave her a brand new one! It just depends on how nice of the store it is, this was Saks 5th Ave.

hello there well purse do wear and tear,find on th computerof places that fix purses or you can go to an apostery shop,to see what direction they can seed you,or take it back to wear you bought,there should be a repare company that they use for such,and what you wwill pay for another one you can put it down towards getting it fixed faster,wish you lluck,Tasha.

Well you should take better care of it...unless your rich and have money to throw away. I don't think they're gonna replace it because you're careless. If it gets really bad you could just buy a new one from the store you bought your first one from.
