Gargle with warm salt water for your throat.
Drink hot tea (green tea if you have it) for your throat as well.
If nautious - eat saltines. Try and eat some type of citrus fruit (one or so depending on how your stomach feels) for the vitamin C

I have that too, I just try to drink some tea and take Tylenol for colds. The other day I tried Orange Zest Alka Seltzer and it made me feel less congested. Just get plenty of rest and lots of fluids...

they say that salt water gargles are good ( i don;t like them) Other than that try to get some sleep. I felt the same way yesterday and i came home and slept from three o'clock till this morning I felt alot better. Try some ice water too. It will help flush out your system. and wear some sweats to bed so you can sweat it out also.. Good luck hope you feel better.
