id go witht he nwo with the team of bigg sexxy kevin nash, last call scott hall and hollywood hulk hogan. but you know the other nwo members wont be far behind.

Going with the most *recent* teams on both sides:
nWO wins. Part of it is the numbers game, since the *last* version of New World Order had Hogan, Hall and Kevin Nash...where the current version of DX is just a twosome so far (HHH and HBK).
Part of it is the *size issue* though. We *all* know in our hearts that nWO and DX would *only* duke it out in the WWE or ECW, and in any *McMahon* company, the big guys win, that is just the trend.
The Weakest Link on the nWO side, Hulk Hogan, has already beaten HBK courtesy of size and size alone pretty much. And Nash is *way the hell bigger* than HHH. It almost doesn't matter what Scott Hall does even (which is a good thing most likely, as he's not that bright--aggressive, yeah, but not bright).
And yeah, I suppose you could bring back old DXers to even up the numbers game, but guess what? Foley, the Rock, lots of the others are more or less *retired* now....and there is going to be ring rust. :) If not outright health issues.
Just my plug nickel....frankly I don't like either team, ok? I just know how wrestling works, or more to the point how it is *worked*, ok? :) Have a good one!

Going on original groups and 1997/1998 fitness:
If it was say, HHH, HBK, X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws vs. Hogan, Hall, Nash, Hennig and say, Randy Savage I would say easily DX.
HBK and X-Pac would have been way too quick for the nWo and HHH was just starting to get really ruthless. The outlaws cheated like no-ones business and there were all in their prime.
In today's world:
nWo. This is because HHH and HBK are getting old and HBK has back problems. Hogan would coward out of the match and let Hall and Nash double team the hell outta DX. No chance of DX winning cause Hall and Nash have perfected tag team wrestling.
In Vince's world:
nWo. Because Hogan ALWAYS gets his way.

Nobody wins if they bring back the NWO (for the 50th time). Who would they put in the NWO anyway? Hogan won't turn heel because he loves the babyface crowd pops too much; Hall would get fired two hours after signing; Nash and his trusty knee-lift in the corner would put the crowd to sleep.What good reason at all is there to revive another faction that ran it's course years ago? Please leave the NWO where it is. Dead.

In NWo there's Triple H and Shawn Michaels and why would they would they fight to DX because in DX there's Triple & Shawn Michaels.
