What I am saying, Mark, is that there isn't a category for writers, or poetry, or written word that does not fall in the category of "books" and while I write do I see myself as an author. I bet you would like a writing section. You seem to have good editing skills.

Dunno. Sometimes I wish "What do you think will happen in the seventh Harry Potter?" was its own category. Getting a wee bit tired of that one.

People who answer questions in this category don't seem to mind the mishmash. As a published author who has written novels, poetry, nonfiction, journalism reporting, and formal reports, I'm quite comfortable commenting on it all. How about you?
