There is SO much out there I haven't a clue what you need and want. It an interesting question. Pork consumption is down.. mainly cause various health groups are "dissing" it.


the first link compares pork, beef, and other meats eaten by us folks. but the tables are gone. but you might guesstamate the tables from the graphs.

the second talks about how pork consumption is down 5%
