The anal fin of a molly is triangular, on a male, it is long and thin (males also have larger dorsal fins).
Swimbladder is a disease which symptoms cause fish to become unable to swim correctly, your fish may exibit swimming toward the bottom of your tank or bowl, then floating back up, swimming in circles or laying on his side or floating.
There are three main things according to the posts and articles I've read that can lead to swimbladder disease.
Constipation due to overfeeding
Bad water quality
Bacteria
I recommend the following regimine, recommened to me over two years ago.

First, as soon as you notice signs of swimbladder do a 50%water change, taking care not to stress the fish by having the water temp as close to his bowl as possible.
After your water change you should not feed your fish any food for two days. On the third day feed your fish a fresh pea. Frozen peas thawed, popped out of the skin, and cut into bite size pieces. And then do another water change so that any uneaten peas do not contaminate your water.
If you don't use aquarium salt this is a good addition to most tanks. The recommended dose is one teaspoon per gallon, or one tablespoon per five gallons. If you have never added salt and you are unsure; you may want to first acclimate him at only 1/2 tsp per gallon.

I'd do a 1/4 water change right away and then test the amonia and nitrate levels just to make sure the waters not making her sick. Is her water brakish? Mollies don't do good unless they have salt(aquarium salt not table) in the water. Hope she's ok, if she's pregnate you'd notice her belly getting huge!

Yes you need salt, wal-mart carries it in the fish department, it's in a milk carton type box($2-$3). Pet stores carry it too, like Doc Well fish aquarium salt. It'll say how many teaspoons to add to the water, I would add an extra spoon full or two, since they do much better in the salt!

well the male will have an extended anal fin. but if you have more than three then yes it may be a pregnant female. if the stomach looks swollen then you may have a mommy on your hands. no problem you can get a live breeder trap (plastic box that has a place for babies to fall) or you can get breeding grass. if you want the babies to live get a trap seperates the other fish from babies real wuick and efficient. and make sure you have food for them you may want to get some baby live breeder food but they wont need to eat for a few days.
