If you want to increase bulk your over doing it.4 sets no more than12 reps for first dropping down to sets of 8 increasing weight each set. last exercise last set high reps low weight to get the blood pumping through to re nourish muscle tissue with nutrients.
Diet is the key to growth(slight increse in protein at regular intervals during the day) ,and allowing time for repair and rebuild.
Stay of anabolics they will stunt growth of children,as well as all there other side effects.

Every day? Your muscles need some rest in order to build up. You might try taking a day off in between or doing your flyes push ups one day and then your curls triceps the next. take a day off and do it again.
Also if you are doing this in this order some fitness people recommend doing the major exercises first. so flyes and push ups would come first, ten bis and tri's. make sense?
Also, I think our bodies adapt to routines so mix it up a little. You can do different biceps exercise for example.
As for being 13, theres alot of variation in body types and development at that age, so don't try to compare yourself to your friends in terms of body development and muscularity.
You might also consider increasing the weight a little and doing less reps.
Hope this helps.

my hats off to you. Exercise is never a bad thing. How often do you do it and why do you do it. I would suggest 3-4 times a week and don't forget nutrition and bottle water and you are on your way to being an elite athlete. You are already one right now, so you definitely have a big and bright future. Good Luck!!!

Please stop! Theres a big controversy about kids your age doing eaxtensive weight training for your bones are still forming. Beofore I'd do all this I'd have your Dad or Mom take you to a exercise Physiologist or MD(Sports Medicine) to make sure its safe and if so give you a weight training plan suitable for your age.
